We've outlined below the different editions of Family Tree Maker and their compatibility status: FTM 2019 (24.0.1) - Compatible with issues Export to FTM 2017 and FTM 3.1 formats doesn't work, and only trees in FTM Mac 24.0.1 format can be opened. Perfect Tree can be installed on Mac OS X 10.4 or later. Commonly, this application's installer has the following filename: Perfect-Tree-demo-v1.zip.

You may wondering that the house is from Hello Neighbor. Yes, I modelled it in blender and I din't have time to model a new and proper house. So, I put the same house.
